If you are an avid weight lifter, you know how important the bench press is to your gym credit. You never get asked how much you squat or how much you deadlift, only how much you bench press. You might get asked how much you curl on occasion, but that is really rare and only asked by small guys who can’t bench press much so are trying to find a way to save face. You don’t want to be one of those guys.

At any rate, if your bench is struggling, then maybe you should do something about it rather than trying to write of the bench press as being trivial, unsafe, or whatever other lame excuse you have been coming up with in order to justify your pitiful bench press.

That is where the Critical Bench review comes in. This bench press program is a serious work of art and has been adding 50 pounds to lifter’s bench presses for over a decade. Many people have hit their first 350 or 400 pound bench press by following this guide.

The real secret to this program is that it is really hard training. The program can be tough to follow and a lot of smaller guys which try it out are unable to complete it simply because they lack the dedication. If you don’t think you can cut it, you might as well not even try it.

Of the people who do actually follow the program, a lot of skinny guys still don’t make it, and that is for the same reason that they are skinny in the first place: they can’t handle the eating. I don’t know what it is about some guys, but they just can’t pack down enough food in order to grow and add some serious strength. Some claim it is their appetite, which in case they should probably drinking so much and learn to actually cook, whereas others just don’t eat the right things.

The real problem is that most people just lack the dedication they need to keep food ready and actually eat it. You don’t have to carry a cooler around, but you simply can’t skip ays and mess up. There is not any room for mistakes if you want to be successful at the critical bench program.
